Anna Sykes is an M&A associate and a member of the Firm's Private Capital industry group.

Anna advises private equity firms, companies and management teams on all aspects of M&A and private equity deal work. She has experience in a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and has worked in both London and Hong Kong.

Anna works with private equity sponsors, global corporations and management teams in a range of sectors including technology, financial services, energy and infrastructure, and sports.
